The Our Love Story poster and the Love Compatibility Report are instant digital downloads. If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us within 30 days and we’ll refund you — no long forms, no hassle. Because they’re digital, we may ask a quick question about what went wrong, just so we can make the tool better.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Payhip purchase receipt, or reach us through our contact page with the email you used to buy. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
